The fact that the library is closed at lunch is extremely disappointing. The library is not just a place for people to print papers out, study, or work on homework/projects. It is a place of community for many. It provides a warm and comfortable location for students to meet up, work, and talk. While certain loudness standards should be kept, and food should not be allowed, the library must remain open as an essential aspect of any educational establishment. The library belongs, first and foremost, to the school and its students.
