Green Schneider, News Editor
Junior Green Schneider is ecstatic about their first year in Journalism, especially after becoming a News Editor in The Commander. They joined the news section due to past experience in news writing, and want to use this opportunity to learn more about their school and the world around them. After joining the SWEAR committee and gaining a leadership role in the school's GSA, Schneider hopes to spread awareness of mental health and the LGBTQ+ community at UC High to strengthen the support system already present. Aspiring to join an Ivy League university, they are striving to create new opportunities to benefit themselves and others.
