A day in the life as Carli Kenyon is always exciting. Loving fashion and makeup, I strive to be creative with new eye shadows and frilly skirts. I love trying new things, especially food. My favorite is Japanese and of course, American. I love to travel with family. Going somewhere new is always fun and learning about new cultures and ways of life is so interesting. My favorite place I’ve ever been to is Switzerland. The food is delicious!
I’ve also played softball for eight years now and the adrenaline I get when hit the ball is like fireworks shooting off my bat. I play shortstop, my favorite position. I’ve also trained in martial arts since I was three years old. My grandpa did it, my dad did it, and now I am doing it. It is in my blood, and it feels so good to make my family proud.
I enjoy writing and that’s exactly what I’d like to do for The Commander this year. Writing features is my favorite and getting to interview people I didn’t know even went to our school is always fun. I would like to make the school articles fun and enjoyable to read this year and I’d like to participate as much as I can!
