Senior Micahrae Osteria is currently in her fourth year of journalism as a Features co-editor. She's Filipino, bisexual, and an avid supporter of feminism. On her downtime, she enjoys going to thrift stores, hanging out with friends, and being with her girlfriend. She loves sweets, is a huge fan of anything matcha flavored, and has a peculiar love for hermit crabs. She loves watching animated films with her girlfriend, eating at trendy places with her girlfriend, and spending time with her girlfriend. She loves her girlfriend. Osteria has always been interested in writing and taking journalism has only influenced her path for being a writer even more. She plans on majoring in journalism and hopes to one day be a writer and photographer for National Geographic. She loves journalism because it provides her with a voice and a platform to be heard and be an outlet for others.
