I lived in Arizona for three years, where Daylight "Savings" Time is not practiced. There, they believe that cutting the bottom foot off a blanket and sewing it to the top does not create a larger blanket. There are the same amount of sunlight hours per day regardless of what the clock says. The DST model is a relic from farm culture that has no place in the 21st century. I completely agree.
